1、 Program Overview

1. The antifouling "core" plan is a plan to replace the core technology of China's marine antifouling paint products in China.

2. "Core" represents the core "core" antifouling agent technology in marine antifouling paint products, and also refers to the "new" generation of "non-toxic butenolide antifouling agent" technology.

3. The antifouling "core" plan will invite leading enterprises in China's marine antifouling industry to demonstrate the application of this advanced technology, and promote participation in the development of domestic new non-toxic antifouling coatings by means of technology application authorization.

1. The technology is innovative for a green future, which is deeply in line with the development direction of the industry.

2. The technology has excellent antifouling effect, meeting the development needs of new antifouling coatings in various scenarios.

3. The technology has entered a mature stage and has been initially applied by overseas enterprises.

3、 Program Core Values

1. Promote the application and industrial upgrading of domestic marine antifouling coatings with new non-toxic marine antifouling core antifouling agent technology.

2. Adhere to the concept of "developing the marine economy, never at the cost of sacrificing the marine ecological environment", and effectively enhance the marine pollution prevention industry's awareness of marine ecological protection and social responsibility.

4、 Plan implementation process

5、 Cooperation mode

OSL Haike authorizes the application of new generation anti pollution technology to the cooperative enterprises participating in the plan through the marine anti pollution "core" plan. In addition, the cooperative enterprise can obtain a certain amount of new antifouling agent for the development of new paint products, and obtain the supporting technical support provided by OSL Haike. Maximize the development of new antifouling paint products by the cooperative enterprises.

Participation in the program provides:

1. A certain amount of new antifouling agent can be provided for participating enterprises to complete the product development stage.

2. It can provide relevant supporting technical support for enterprises participating in the plan, such as resin adaptability, technical documents, etc.

3. Preferential commitment of the plan: it can reduce the cost of using technology for participating enterprises. When participating enterprises purchase antifouling agent raw materials in batches, they will enjoy a preferential price lower than the market price.

4. Preferential commitment of the plan: when the demand for new antifouling agent increases and the supply is insufficient, the production capacity will be given priority to the cooperative enterprises participating in the plan.

6、 Registration method

There are 5 places in this plan. Invited enterprises will fill in the Registration Confirmation Letter and send it to business@oceanscience.hk 。 The applicant shall be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information. This enrollment method is the only enrollment channel for enrolling in the program. Other enrollment channels are invalid.

Registration is open only to invited enterprises.

Deadline for registration: July 10, 2020

7、 Incentive mechanism

Enterprises participating in this plan can purchase the antifouling agent raw materials at a preferential price for subsequent cooperation. If the participating enterprises successfully complete the application and development of the new generation of antifouling agent technology in antifouling paint products during the cooperation period, they can obtain the incentive measures to extend the authorization period for an additional 6 months.

8、 Participation conditions

1. Participating enterprises need to be a link in the marine anti pollution industry chain.

2. The participating enterprises should have strong technology development ability.

3. The participating enterprises shall have certain influence in the marine anti pollution industry.

4. The participating enterprises have no history of trade secret disclosure.
